The people who write these are not the ones you would expect.
A buyer. An opposing shareholder group. A third party who wasn't even in the deal. And when my own clients write, they almost never mention the money.
Read who is thanking me

The buyer
Vittorio Pignatti, Trilantic Europe — on signing, with seven of his partners copied in.
I was on the other side of that table. He is the one who wrote first.

The opposing shareholders
Juan Diego Leon, MLP Investors — Peru.
A majority had turned against an 82-year-old minority shareholder. It ended with him in control of a company twice the size. And the other side thanked me for it.

Someone who wasn't even in the deal
Maximilian Zumtobel, on the Aerocompact exit.
„because of you he really is many many many millions richer than if he had sold later or earlier"
Why this matters more than a five-star review
An adviser who is trusted on both sides of a table negotiates better outcomes than one who isn't. I cannot claim that about myself. Somebody else has to write it.
They almost never mention the money
Every one of these people made or kept a considerable amount of money. Almost none of them wrote to me about it.

Mario Eckl, IDEEMATEC
„Anyway es lebt in mir mein alter Geist wieder auf. Zu lange war ich gefangen im Korsett des CEO welcher sein Lebenswerk an andere reported. Bull Shit — ich bin so froh und hab endlich Zeit wieder dort anzuknüpfen wo ich aufgehört habe, nachdem mir die Firma operative Fesseln umlegte."
„Trapped in the corset of a CEO reporting his own life's work to other people." „After the company put operational shackles on me."
He wrote that himself. Nobody asked him to describe it that way. That is what this work is actually for. The valuation is the visible part. What people write to me about afterwards is that they can breathe.

Mario Kogler, JOLIOO
„Danke ganz herzlich auch DIR nochmals für die gesamte Abwicklung! Super! Wünsch Dir noch guten Flug und schönen Aufenthalt in Dubai mit Deiner Frau!"
Five founders. Five completely different problems.
